In a world ruled by supernatural creatures, Ziana is a human who does her best to survive. After her family’s death as a child, homeless and injured, she finds solace with an outcasted griffon shifter, Neo. Covered in scars with no memory of her past, Ziana lives each day in the moment.

Growing up is tough, and every day Ziana must navigate the dangerous and most difficult paths of Gemoira as an illegal human. A land of both good and bad, she does her best to avoid them all. She knows no different, trained since the day Neo found her; she is skilled at what she does.

Until she steals from a shifter group of high status. After a brave fight that succeed in her escape, it isn’t long before they find her again. Forced to pay for her crimes, she is sent to Drolmuun; the largest wolf pack in Gemoira. Surrounded by supernatural creatures who make her feel strange things, Ziana wishes to be free again.

In a place where she discovers how it truly means to live a life between worlds, Ziana ends up in the cross-fire of an ancient war and fears there is only one way out.
